A few key details: ( these are the main points but please refer to the document above for all the return details)
1. No item is eligible for refund. We only work with replacements.
2. To raise a replacement ticket you must raise a ticket (by filling the return form sent with the package. The form is digital google form) within 72 hours with ALL the required components. You must fill the form with the same details you provided during purchase. Else it will be invalid. You can only fill the form once so make sure all the fields are checked accurately.
3. After we receive the form and it is verified, we will send you a new package within 14 days (if it takes more time we will notify you).
4. In the following cases we cannot provide a return or replacement:

Goods that have been personalized for you.

Discounted items can not be returned.

Items that are not reported within first 3 days of delivery
